We made a number of the processes easier for you by focusing on a top CRM system known as Zoho. Zoho is among the most well-known software providers for small, medium, and large businesses. Since then it has expanded to include Zoho Office Suite, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Social, and Zoho Expense.

If you’re considering a CRM system for your organization, Zoho CRM is one to look into. We have made the process easier for you and have our review of Zoho CRM right here.

What is Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is one of the most well-known cloud CRMs that businesses use to attract new customers and improve existing relationships. This app’s popularity comes from the fact that it successfully meets the needs of both small and large businesses, tracking their daily activities and engaging their clients in a variety of ways. The platform is also fully mobile-optimized, which means that all agents receive real-time updates via their mobile devices. Also, Zoho CRM is superbly integrated with vital business applications such as ConstantConnect, QuickBooks, Google Apps, MailChimp, and Microsoft Outlook.

You can also integrate it with your OneSaaS and CloudWork accounts by using cloud-based connectors. According to our experts that analyzed each of these specific characteristics, Zoho CRM meets all of the criteria for being the leader of this software category, starting with usability and finishing with full customization and exceptional integration. In addition, the organization will ensure that you have access to high-quality support. If you’re interested, you can learn more about Zoho CRM in this in-depth review. Zoho CRM Pricing Options

Zoho CRM is available in the following pricing plans:
FREE PLAN  Yes, Up to Three Users
FREE TRIAL  Yes
STANDARD PLAN  $12/user/month
PROFESSIONAL PLAN $20/user/month
ENTERPRISE PLAN
$35/user/month

There are just a few different pricing plan options that make Zoho accessible to all businesses, regardless of your budget. Though the smaller plans limit what you can do with the software, they still serve as an ideal place to get started with the CRM software system in your organization.

The free plan of Zoho CRM is available for up to three users. Anything previous that puts you into the next pricing bracket. With the free model, you will get contact, lead, and account management features in addition to analytics and reports.

Zoho One is a single license that provides Zoho clients access to each app in Zoho’s software portfolio for an average of $30 per user monthly billed yearly. You get the same integration and features as you’ll using any of the licensed editions below, plus an updated Admin Panel that helps IT, administrators, with large-scale deployment issues such as identity management and role provisioning.

Aside from the Zoho One option, the Zoho CRM system is available totally free for up to 3 users in a Free Edition. This bundle is comparable to Insightly CRM, which equally restricts its free version to only two users, by comparison, the free version of Bitrix24 CRM permits up to 12 users.

The paid Standard tier prices $18 per user monthly billed (or $12 per user monthly billed yearly). This entry-level plan includes sales forecasting, personalized dashboards, a doc library, marketing campaigns, and the ability to send mass emails. The normal tier’s database size is capped at 100,000 records.

The Professional tier price $30 per user monthly (or $20 per user monthly billed yearly). The Enterprise tier price $45 per user monthly (or $35 per user monthly billed yearly). This tier includes e-mail integration, Google AdWords, social media integration, inventory management, workflow automation, and role-based security, together with a vast number of database records. This might be the most attractive option for small and medium businesses craving for that workflow automation piece that streamlines lots of CRM tasks.

The business edition $40 per user monthly, or $35 per user monthly for annual plans adds territory management, {custom} modules and features, time-based actions, and multiple currencies. Mobile support is available with all plans, paid and free.

If your needs extend into extra complicated areas, there’s additionally Zoho CRM Ultimate Edition, which runs $45 per user monthly billed yearly, and adds features like superior customization capabilities, e-mail sentiment analytics, and more. You can also integrate with the rest of Zoho’s impressive software portfolio, which means access to capabilities like e-mail marketing, online buyer surveys, visitor tracking, and social media marketing and analytics. There is a 30-day free trial available for CRM Plus. With all these other Zoho products available for deep integration, it is safe to think about Zoho CRM Plus as an enterprise software suite that happens to include a CRM system.

Which package you select depends on what your company needs to accomplish. The Enterprise version has excellent support features, but if you are only looking for CRM, the Standard Model must be good enough. However, if you wish to capture leads from Twitter or Facebook, use CRM as a part of customer support, and manage product inventory, you should stick with the Professional edition. If you don’t need strong reporting or {custom} dashboards, think about easier, less customizable solutions like Infusionsoft or Zendesk CRM.

Advantages

Easy to Set Up: Zoho CRM makes installation and setup simple and easy. This makes it the perfect selection for a small to a medium-sized workforce that needs something they can hit the ground working with and not be stuck spending hours learning to install, troubleshoot, and implement a brand new product.

Even if you don’t have an in-house IT team, setting up Zoho is simple. The included step-by-step information covers every part of the process and simplifies it so that you don’t need to fuss with issues. You will probably start with the basics of your setup and then add on extensions and integrations to personalize the system and make it work best for your firm’s specific needs.

Easy to Use: Zoho is simple to use once you’ve set up the product. This CRM system requires little to no training to get the hang of. This is mostly thanks to the user interface, which is designed to increase productivity. The Home page shows any tasks you’ve open, leads for the day, amount of money by stage, what sales you’ve closed that month, and more.

The design is no-frills, however, we like that that lets you concentrate on what actually matters. Its simplicity is what makes it so user-friendly. Navigate from page to page using the easy menu bar on the top, which includes items such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Activities, Reports, Analytics, and more. The menu bar automatically orders these items from most important to least, however, you can customize their order any way you need.

Flexible: Different businesses have different CRM system requirements, and Zoho provides flexibility that enables it to work for a wide range of different businesses.

Zoho offers lots of options for customizations. You can add extensions and integrations by the Zoho Marketplace to better manage your finances, enhance sales, improve productivity, and much more. Man of Zoho’s extensions are free and don’t require any coding to integrate into your existing system.

Video Guides: Because Zoho CRM has so many various options and numerous ways to customize them, implementing all of them can get difficult. That’s the place their free online videos come in useful.

These videos cover everything from interlinking modules to handling data processing bases, allowing you to take advantage of the customization options and make your Zoho set up exactly what your company requires.

Mobile App:  When you need to use a CRM system on the go, Zoho has an app that allows you to do the majority of what you can do on your laptop or computer. The User interface is simple and easy to use.

You can even work offline when there is no such thing as a network available to connect with. The location function lets you see leads that can be near the place you’re right now, and closing deals on the app is an easy, streamlined process.

Great Value: Zoho offers several pricing plans, the most basic of which is the Free Edition, which has no costs and no obligations. The free option is out there for up to 3 users. If you upgrade to a paid plan, several options provide lots of extra features and add-ons. Continue reading to learn the exact plans and their costs in greater detail.

Disadvantages

Free And Budget Versions Don’t Offer Much: The free version is a good place to start, what you get with no financial obligations isn’t going to get you very far. Many of the features which are available with Zoho CRM only include higher pricing plans.

Even the Standard $12/month plan has a restricted set of options. The strong Professional model at $20/month isn’t all that a lot pricier, which helps, however, if you’re looking for a free or lowest-level bundle with all of the options you would need, Zoho doesn’t quite make the grade.

Customer Service Wait Times: With a system like Zoho CRM that has seemingly infinite options for add-on options, chances are good that questions will come up along the way. While you can check with the videos section we talked about above, there are times that you may need a live individual to talk to in order to get the solutions to your issues, and Zoho frankly struggles in this space.

They have had many complaints from customers about being positioned on maintain for upwards of 10 minutes and/or going via multiple transfers to resolve an easy query. Not necessarily a dealbreaker, however definitely not fun either.
