Spiro is a platform for proactive relationship management. Spiro is a single system that combines traditional CRM, sales enablement, and telephony. It is founded on artificial intelligence (phone and texting). It’s designed for sales teams in organizations with 100 to 1,500 people.

Spiro’s AI feature analyses sales data and provides salespeople with recommendations. It functions as a personal assistant for the sales team, reminding them to update contact information, modify pipeline status, fix pipeline errors, and report on sales progress, including other things.

Sales staff can stay on top of their future customer meetings with the help of automatic sales reminders. Users can phone or text clients prior to their meeting using the built-in calling and messaging options. For activity tracking, all customer communications, including phone recordings, are logged with date and time stamps.
