What is Salesboom CRM Suite?

Salesboom CRM Suite is a customer relationship management (CRM) solution that is hosted in the cloud. The system’s user interface was created with the end-user in mind, and most features can be performed with only a few clicks.

A personal CRM consultant is assigned to each firm that uses Salesboom. There are three tiers to the system: Team, Professional, and Enterprise.

Advanced mass email marketing and auto-response email features are included in the Team Level. Customer service teams have access to Case and Incident Management, as well as Solution Management, and lead and contact management is always included.

Advanced Online Marketing, Quote, and Contract Management, and the option to create a custom dashboard for Business Intelligence analytics and monitoring are all available at the Professional and Enterprise tiers.
