What is OroCRM?

OroCRM is an open-source CRM solution that includes data capture from customer interactions, marketing tools, dashboards, and other features. Customer interactions, such as support tickets, email responses, and product views, are recorded and tracked across a range of touchpoints, including B2B and B2C online stores, POS systems, email marketing, and social media.

Customer profiles are updated automatically, and accounts are merged to eliminate data duplication. Users can manage contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities, as well as create targeted, segmented marketing campaigns, monitor success via customizable dashboards, and generate customized reports.
