Nimble provides a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. Following the trial period, you may subscribe to Nimble’s Business plan for $15 per month per person, which provides 5GB of storage, unlimited deals and communication history, multiple email accounts, and unlimited third-party integrations. For an additional $10 per month, you may add 10,000 contacts, and for an additional $25 per month, you receive an additional 25GB of file storage.

Nimble CRM Features

Nimble is a powerful CRM system that has various features that are excellent for small businesses. It’s one of the few apps we looked at that links with social networking accounts, has a two-way syncing calendar, and turns consumer information into a smart summary.

Simple to Search: Most of the data in Nimble’s CRM  are searchable and actionable. This makes it simple to access information on clients, and it also allows you to create reports based on the criteria that are most important to your organization. This is the type of built-in functionality that differentiates Nimble from some of the other systems we evaluated.

Customer service: During our interactions with Nimble, we received excellent customer service. They responded quickly to our questions and even provided additional resources to help us further our education. It’s difficult to reach a customer service representative at many CRM companies. We had no problems with Nimble. Our overall customer service experience with Nimble was great.

Useful summaries: Nimble is one of the few solutions we looked at that started gathering contact information from social media. These smart summaries can be used to re-establish customer relationships and provide personalized sales attention at a glance.

Nimble is a great product for small businesses, but it has several restrictions. For starters, it fails several of our top recommendations. Certain parts of the user experience could be improved. For example, while operating the system, we noted that there were a lot of popups. The system is also susceptible to become cluttered, and it can be unnecessarily hard to use. Nimble, on the other hand, is a robust CRM system with a novel approach to the market. It’s perfect for business owners who don’t have a lot of expertise using a CRM system because it has only one package along with a few features.
