What is Membrain?

Membrain by Upstream is a cloud-based sales automation CRM application. Pipeline management, sales analytics, lead scoring,  prospecting, and content management are all included in the system.

Membrain users can use drag-and-drop features to build buyer-aligned sales processes and activate situational playbooks. The prospecting dashboard displays prospect details, activity, and communication, while the visual pipeline helps sales teams visualize sales progress, manage pipeline hygiene, and track deal status in real-time.

Users can pre-set scoring criteria, create unique qualifiers per campaign, assign qualified prospects to salespeople, and auto-populate prospects from other marketing automation systems using Membrain’s lead scoring feature.

Tools for monitoring sales success, strengths and areas for improvement, goal and activity successes, pipeline activity, and key performance indicators are all part of the sales analytics features (KPIs).

Users can also share educational materials and sales collateral, as well as track how their content is being used by customers. Users can store contacts, documents, activities, search accounts, and add custom fields using the CRM feature.
