Keap is a cloud-based sales and marketing system that integrates CRM, marketing automation, and e-commerce functionality into a single package. Keap helps small businesses in a variety of industries with sales and customer experience management.

Users can create contact sections, measure customer interactions, send emails, and execute campaigns with tailored communication triggers based on email opens, clicks, and other factors. Users can also handle e-commerce, from inventory to payments and fulfillment, as well as create online shopping carts, track digital storefront activity, and issue quotations, invoices, and receipts.
Users can run analytics on variables including emails, campaign performance, and ROI statistics using the system’s reporting and analytics features. On iOS and Android devices, users can access Keap remotely. It integrates with SalesForce, Outlook, QuickBooks, Gmail, and other programmes.
