What is karmaCRM?

KarmaCRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that helps small companies develop relationships, close deals, and manage their operations.

Contact management functionality in the solution includes basic contact information and contact activity and history. Contacts can be found and updated using platform searches and bulk operations.

Users can use automated social profile searches to find and engage with customers, and leads can be imported directly from the company’s website. Customizable user groups allow users to control user access and permissions.

Calendars, alerts, email, and Text messaging can help you focus your tasks. Users can adjust and rearrange dashboard elements, tabs, labels, and colors to suit the needs of the sales process, as well as create and keep multiple calendars for different types of tasks or events. KarmaCRM also offers an Outlook or Gmail integration and a dropbox feature for BCCing emails directly to the CRM.

KarmaCRM is available as a monthly subscription service with phone support.
