As we have already discovered, Hubspot offers a very comprehensive range of free tools in all their product offers. Free CRM tools, free marketing tools, free sales tools, and free services are all available.

However, you may upgrade to premium versions if your company grows to such an extent that these free tools no longer cut it. But Hubspot can’t easily understand what upgraded versions could cost you. You see, so numerous packages and price levels are available that it’s a bit confusing.

Let’s say, for example, you just want Hubspot to use its CRM and sales tools. For a 12-month contract, you are seeing a starting price of $45 per month. You may choose to use their marketing tools along the track too. The lead price for a Starter plan is also US$45 a month for a 12-month contract under this product offering.

But here’s a small secret for you. You’d be able to access all Hubspot products under the bundle (except the CMS Hub which we’ll touch later) if you just registered for the Starter Growth Suite package for $50 a month.

The Starter Growth Bundle usually has a price of $150 per month to be fair, but during this difficult time, Hubspot has reduced the costs to assist companies.

If you want a Professional or Enterprise Growth Suite, these plans include more capabilities and cost $1,343 per month and $4,200 per month, respectively.

So, the bottom line is to dive deeper into the pricing models to truly understand what you’re getting in the standalone plans versus the bundle. And if you can get the bundle for $50 per month while it’s on sale, do so! For nearly the same price as a standalone plan, you’ll have access to a lot of tools.

Advantages of HubSpot CRM

Free Plan: Can you think of any other CRM tools that provide a comprehensive free plan to help you get your business off the ground? We can tell you that they are hard to come by. Most free plans appear to be excellent on paper but fail in practice. The exception to this rule is Hubspot. Many businesses, according to reports, have far more success with Hubspot than with any other free version on the market.

Flexible Pricing: If you decide to upgrade to a premium plan, the pricing schedule is flexible in the sense that there are many options to choose from. You have the option of purchasing only the tools you require or purchasing all solutions at a discounted rate. Furthermore, if neither of these options appeals to you, you can create your bundle with the tools you require.

This is especially critical for individuals using the free plan with no in-house tech support, as customer help is not covered. Users of the free plan, on the other hand, get access to a comprehensive online knowledge base, which we’ll cover soon.

Easy to Create: Hubspot is not only simple to use and use daily, but it is also tremendously simple to create using. Content creation areas like landing pages, forms, and emails, for example, are all drag and drop. You can also generate and schedule social media posts in bulk.

Disadvantages of HubSpot CRM

Complicated Pricing: I know we mentioned that Hubspot’s flexible pricing was an advantage, and I still believe it. There is, however, a distinction between flexible price and confusing pricing. There are so many different plans and price alternatives to pick from that some people may become overwhelmed and opt for the (obviously limited) free version or switch to another provider.

No Customer Support on the Free Plan: While users of the free edition have access to the online knowledge base and the Hubspot community for troubleshooting, sometimes you just want to talk to a human to address your problem. It’s a shame Hubspot doesn’t offer live chat to individuals on the free plan, just to ensure that their award-winning customer service capabilities are genuinely reflected.

Limitations on the Free Plan are Easy to Exceed: After all, it’s a free version! However, you should consider the limits of the free plan in comparison to the higher-tier options. For example, the free plan only allows for 200 email tracking notifications per month, but the Starter plan allows for unlimited. Some of the limits may be irrelevant to you, while others are a deal-breaker. At the end of the day, the limits that count are the ones that will harm your business.
