A contact management function in the Claritysoft CRM system allows users to import and combine contact lists from a variety of sources, including Excel documents, Outlook, and QuickBooks. It allows users to see the position of contacts via Google Maps, which helps in the planning of sales strategies.

Users can create email templates and import contacts from contact lists using filters and preferences in the email marketing functionality.

The offline mode in Claritysoft enables users to view their CRM data and then synchronize changes with the cloud once the programme is back online. The price is based on a month-to-month subscription for each user. Support is available by phone, email, or through a web ticket.
