Bigin by Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) application developed by Zoho CRM to help small businesses in managing sales pipelines, scheduling follow-ups, and updating client records. It allows staff to gather and retain prospect information in a central platform, including deals, emails, activity, tweets, and more.
Customers can use the application to generate and integrate web forms into business websites in order to collect information from leads. Users can also contact prospects or customers via the built-in telephone system, which will immediately update call logs. Staff can use Bigin’s activity management module to create tasks, schedule customer calls, organize events, and set up activities reminders. Workflow management, automated notifications, collaboration, data import, audit log, email templates, and more are all included in Bigin.
G Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Twitter, Zapier, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, Zoho Meeting, and Zoho Campaigns are just a few of the third-party applications that Bigin allows companies to connect with. Executives can also use it to automate regular operations like tracking transaction progress and setting up email alerts by creating predefined workflows.
