Contact Management

In terms of contact management, Agile has several options, including adding contacts manually, importing from CSV files, fetching data from the web, and syncing with apps (Google, Stripe, Shopify, FreshBooks, and QuickBooks). Check out their page for further information and instructions on integration – they’ve supplied a thorough list of their available connections with top third-party service providers. In short, adding new contacts to Agile is a simple task that can be completed in minutes!

Appointment Scheduling

Another useful feature of Agile Sales Enablement is online appointment scheduling. Due to the difficulties of keeping to the meeting schedule, Agile has built a very simple interface for configuring a scheduling system. Here is the process you will follow in detail, step by step:

Calendar: Get the calendar link to deliver to your prospects. You can also add the “Schedule URL” to any sites you choose.

Meeting types: enter a name (e.g., keep it short) and select a time window (with detailed minutes)

Business hours: Choose your business hours by selecting dates and times.

Advanced: Include a Buffer period to avoid unexpected appointments.

Agile supports Google Calendar, Outlook, and Office 365 integration, allowing you to easily manage your calendar.

Using a triggered task, users can be emailed a link to choose an appointment automatically. For example, when creating a promotional campaign, which will be discussed in the following section, you can include the task “sending an email to invite appointment scheduling,” so that when customers perform a specific desired action, they will be sent an automatic email asking them to choose a date and time for a meeting.

Tags are a key component of Sales Enablement since they help you in carrying out your campaigns. Tags can be used in Agile CRM for sorting, filtering, segmenting, and targeting. Prospects can be organized into multiple categories and campaigns using the tag system.

Depending on your needs, you can tag a single contact or a group of contacts. To help you maintain track of the process, the tag action will be displayed on the timeline of each contact.

Agile has also posted a blog article recommending some approaches for using custom tags. In particular, they recommend using the following tags for targeted customers:

  • The demographics
  • Behavioral patterns
  • The phase of the purchasing cycle
  • Contact details for the competitor
  • Products in which the leads are interested

So, in Agile, you can quickly create tags and assign them to single or multiple contacts. Multiple tags can be set to a single contact. These tags can also be applied automatically to Campaigns in Marketing Automation.

Deals Management

Agile CRM offers a simple deal management system that includes Deal Tracks and Deal Milestones. The track involves the processor pipeline by which deals are moved. One company may have many sales tracks, such as b2b deals, b2c deals, VIP offers, and so on. You can create a track that is appropriate for each portion, which is quite adaptable. We have a set of milestones within one track, which are the condition or steps where the deals are placed. Agile, for example, already includes some default milestones: New, Prospect, Proposal, Won, and Lost are all words that can be used to describe a new, prospect, or proposal.

You can simply establish new deal tracks in the Agile interface’s Deals section. Then, based on the customer path that you have evaluated and built, you must add deal milestones. After you’ve finished constructing the sales track, you can start adding deals to it.

Widgets and Contact pages

Contacts pages are a key element of any CRM. Agile, like all other CRMs, includes contact pages that allow you to see a comprehensive list of contacts.

On the Contact Pages, you can find the following contact information:

Contact Information: Includes basic lead/customer personal details, email, lead score, and tags.

Contact Activities: covers all contact-related activities such as timelines, notes, events, tasks, deals, cases, campaigns, web metrics, mail, and documents.

Contact Widgets: These are flexible components on contact pages that allow you to add essential information to the contact to view it immediately when you open the page, such as phone, support, billing, and so on. Agile allows users to build custom widgets using its documents at a higher level of technology.

Overall, contact pages in Agile CRM are very customizable and user-friendly. Even if you are new to CRM, you can also access these pages, get the necessary information and make use of them.

Agile offers three integration gates for email integration: Gmail, Imap, and Office 365. All emails sent between you and your contacts will be visible on the contact pages.

Agile can sync emails between Google Calendar and Office 365 for Calendar Sync. Then, using the two most common calendar services, you can easily manage your schedule.

Advantages of Agile CRM

The key advantages of Agile CRM are the integration of sales and marketing processes, the availability of a complete platform of customer information, and the simplicity of use provided by drag-and-drop and drop-down tools. Here are some further details:

Agile CRM accelerates your sales and marketing operations, increasing user accuracy and efficiency. Contact management is simple because users may store and arrange contact information however they want, and they can simply access data anytime and wherever they want. Businesses that manage their relationships successfully can generate more income and close more sales.

Users of agile CRM can simply keep track of the sales process. The sales journey can be enhanced more seamlessly and fluidly with this solution because deals, phases, and milestones can be easily tracked. Agile CRM’s intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it simple to build projects, assign tasks, and track project and task progress.

The online calendar features of Agile CRM allow users to send notifications and automate scheduling. Schedules can be created, and dates for follow-ups, deadlines and meetings can be allocated, with Agile CRM modifying as needed.

Marketers can use Agile CRM’s drag-and-drop designer and automation tools to accelerate their marketing workflows. Custom landing pages generated on the platform can boost conversion rates, while an integrated social media marketing suite enhances social media marketing efforts.
